SNAP-ON Pipe Supports: Model 4100 (left), Model 4200 with UVRPVC tubing, and the 4200 Stacked.

SNAP-ON Pipe Supports:

In the Spring of 1996, Sprinkool International, unveiled its one piece SNAP-ON support.  The SNAP-ON 4100 exceeded all expectations and proved to be the superior replacement for Sprinkool's earlier supports.  Designed primarily to support Sprinkool's roof mist cooling systems' UVR tubing (UltraViolet Resistant), the molded UV stabilized polymer support incorporates flexible retaining clips.  The flexible retaining clips allow the tubing to be held securely, while still providing the clearance necessary for any thermal expansion/contraction of the tubing.  This results in faster installations and straighter lines.  The 3" x 4" base of the SNAP-ON 4100 provides for increased pipe support along with a very low profile and center of gravity.
The SNAP-ON 4100 is adhered to the roof with an adhesive that is compatible with the roof membrane.  No roof penetrations are necessary.

With the success of the SNAP-ON 4100, Sprinkool incorporated the same concept for the 2" Supports: the SNAP-ON 4200.  The 4200 has a 6" x 6" base.  As the name implies, the tubing "snaps" into the support.  If your system requires a greater height (due to the roof profile), both the 4100 and the 4200 are stackable.
